Inspiring Ink

Join us to learn about the inspiring art of East Asian ink painting! We take a look at innovative ink paintings by Chinese artist Qi Baishi (1864–1957) in the exhibition "Qi Baishi: Inspiration in Ink," as well as paintings in our Arts of Japan galleries. Then we return to the studio to learn the traditional method of making fresh ink to use in our own inspiring paintings.
