Artists are an essential part of the fabric of the MFA community. Part of our mission is to support and nurture these visionaries, which is why we offer free lifetime memberships to all living artists who have works in our collection.

The Museum’s commitment to uplifting all voices and providing access is directly reflected in our commitment to artists, their energy, and their unique perspectives. By offering them free, unlimited access to the MFA, we support these artists as they inspire, engage, and challenge the MFA community.
