Watch this short film celebrating the Community Arts Initiative and the nearly 40,000 children whose lives have been touched by the program from 2005 to 2015. The Community Arts Initiative allows the Museum to serve as an art and cultural resource within Boston-area communities. In its tenth year in 2015, and working with ten community organizations, the Community Arts Initiative introduces youth to the Museum’s collections and the art-making process, while also helping them understand how art can be an important part of their lives.
