Quilled Floral Designs
Gallery 250

Marvelous Millinery
Shapiro Family Courtyard
Get inspired by the hats in paintings, sculptures, and accessories on view in the Museum. Then use fake flowers, ribbons, feathers, fabric markers, and other embellishments to decorate a hat of your own and show off your personal style.
Handcrafted Notebook
Druker Family Pavilion, Room 159
Don’t judge a book by its cover! For centuries art has played an important role in bookmaking. Make a notebook that is uniquely you by using a Japanese printmaking technique called Suminagashi to create marbled endpapers. Add pages and a cover, and learn techniques to bind it all together. What will you fill your notebook with?
