“A Modern Art Market,” with Christopher D. M. Atkins, Van Otterloo-Weatherbie Director, Center for Netherlandish Art
Join MFA curators and staff in the galleries to learn more about Netherlandish art. Moderated by Marije Spek, the Center for Netherlandish Art’s program manager, hour-long sessions start off in one of the Museum’s new galleries of Dutch and Flemish art. They end with a tour of the Center for Netherlandish Art Library, which is usually open by appointment only—an exciting opportunity to discover behind-the-scenes insights!
Opened in fall 2021, the Center for Netherlandish Art (CNA) is an innovative research center for the study and appreciation of Dutch and Flemish art.
CNA Curated Conversations are free with general admission. No advance registration or tickets required. Due to space constraints this talk is limited to 20 participants. First come, first served.
The Founders of the Center for Netherlandish Art at the MFA are Rose-Marie and Eijk van Otterloo and Susan and Matthew Weatherbie.
