Travel through the past, discovering lush Dutch still life’s, Renaissance portraits of gilded icons and vast landscapes from artists such as Winslow Homer. Experiment with composition and transform ordinary objects in the studio into original paintings, collages and sculptures.

Signing up for both a morning and afternoon summer studio art class? Don’t forget to register for Supervised Lunch, sold separately. Extend your child’s day until 4:45 pm with our supervised Late Pickup, sold separately.

Supervised lunch cannot be sold with the registration of a single class. Students under the age of 14 and registered in both a morning and afternoon summer studio art class are required to purchase supervised lunch. It is not an option for those students to be dismissed for lunch.

Accessibility

Due to the building’s historic architecture, the third-floor classrooms, 305A, 305B, 305D and 305E, are not wheelchair-accessible and must be accessed by stairs. Please let us know in advance if the student has limited mobility; we can make accommodations, including relocating the class to an accessible space.
