The Boston Turkish Film Festival

March 24–26, 2023

The 22nd-annual Boston Turkish Film Festival celebrates recognized Turkish filmmakers and newcomers alike. The lineup features screenings of the award-winning films from the Boston Turkish Festival’s Documentary and Short Film Competition as well as many films making their US premieres!

Thirty-nine years after its conception, Wicked Queer continues to exhibit bold, compelling films that demonstrate the variety and depth of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community.

In anticipation of the upcoming Roxbury International Film Festival, which runs from June 20 through 28, 2023, see a selection of short films about being Black outdoors.

The popular Boston Festival of Films from Japan returns with a showcase of bold new titles and animated classics that pair perfectly with a visit to the new exhibition “Hokusai: Inspiration and Influence.”
