Collect all of your funky ideas and personal ephemera through visual journaling exercises and explore storytelling devices to create fun narratives, comics or even poetry. Learn to master new tools and techniques in drawing, lettering, and page design for a cohesive zine to distribute and share.
Please provide a nut-free lunch, snacks, utensils, water bottle, and smock. Supplies are provided.

About the Instructor
Karl Stephan holds a Masters in Art Education from the Tufts School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Expert in traditional and contemporary techniques of drawing and other two-dimensional media, Karl is a Medici Artist at Tufts and a well-regarded curator. In addition to his popular museum drawing classes for teens, Karl teaches privately in his Cambridge studio.
