Please note that the MFA is closed to the public on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, therefore all students are required to have a staff escort through the galleries and there is no food service available.

Accessibility
Due to the building’s historic architecture, the third-floor classrooms, 305A, 305B, 305D and 305E, are not wheelchair-accessible and must be accessed by stairs. Please let us know in advance if the student has limited mobility; we can make accommodations, including relocating the class to an accessible space.

About the Instructor
Maureen Albano received her Master of Fine Arts degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art, and has studied art in France and Italy. She has taught gallery and studio programs and co-written museum resources at the Carnegie Museum of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Her drawings and sculptures have been exhibited nationally, and explore the relationship between mind and matter.
