Learn how to document, detail, and communicate subject matter related to the natural world! Be inspired by how artists interpret the world around them, from Andy Goldsworthy’s outdoor installations to biologist Martin Johnson Heade’s scientific illustrations.  Gather natural specimens and compositional elements to improve observational skills through the use of various media such as color pencil, graphite, ink, and watercolor.

Please provide a nut-free lunch, snacks, utensils, water bottle, and smock. Supplies are provided.
