Scholar, collector and centenarian Wan-go H. C. Weng recently gave the MFA its largest gift of Chinese art, complementing its already comprehensive collection: early bronze vessels, Buddhist sculpture, prized trade goods, elegant porcelains, imperial luxury items, landscape paintings, and sculpture. Join instructor Martha Wright to understand this gift in context and see what Chinese art is all about.
