“Georgia O'Keeffe and Henry Moore” is the first exhibition to bring these distinctive 20th-century artists into conversation, using compelling visual juxtapositions to explore their common ways of interpreting nature's landscapes—think of O’Keeffe’s iconic paintings of flowers and Moore’s monumental public sculptures. The exhibition also includes over 150 works of art and faithful recreations of each of the artist's studios.
Hear from Erica Hirshler, Croll Senior Curator of American Paintings, and Courtney Harris, assistant curator, Decorative Arts and Sculpture, Art of Europe, about how they customized this beautiful traveling exhibition for Boston, its final stop.
