 | | The new Alfond Auditorium will create an intimate space for lectures, films, concerts, and performances. | | When the new Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, opens its doors in 2010, we will inaugurate a new auditorium in the American Wing—an intimate space with 150 seats—for our outstanding program of films, concerts, performances, and lectures. This new space, named in honor of Barbara and Theodore Alfond, will serve today’s audiences in a new way and provide an exciting venue for future programs.
You can become part of the MFA's historic Building Project by naming a
seat in the Alfond Auditorium for a gift of $25,000. You may pay your gift over a period of up to five years, or through a planned gift. Naming a chair, in honor of yourself, your family, or a loved one, is a wonderful way to be forever linked to the Museum and to support our core mission of education and outreach.
